OUR PROCESS
We have completely updated and well equipped manufacturing unit, trusted vendors and a team of experts which is always experimenting and is dedicated towards making the products better. The process we follow is tried and tested and promises you the best product and experience. Throughout the entire process, a strict quality control check is maintained to ensure that the amla candies meet the required standards for taste, texture, and overall quality.

Quality Inspection
The first step is to select fresh and ripe amla fruits. Fruits free from any signs of spoilage or damage are procured, and thoroughly cleaned to remove any dirt, debris, or impurities.

Seed Removal and Cutting
After blanching, the amla fruits are cut open, and the seeds are carefully removed. The seedless amla halves are then cut into small pieces depending on the desired shape and size of the candy.

Sugar Coating
The cut amla pieces are then boiled in the sugar syrup, until the amla pieces become tender and absorb the sweetness of the syrup, precisely monitoring to ensure that the pieces don't become too soft or overcooked.

Packaging and Delivery
Excess sugar syrup is drained and the pieces are dried and cooled. The candies are the coated with additional flavours before they are packed in airtight containers and sealed pouches which are then transported to the retailers.
